JUNIOR BRONZE SQUAD
Training To Train (Ages 8+)
2-3Sessions a Week (1hr)
Bronze Junior Squad is hugely important part of our program as it teaches the fundamentals needed to progress as an athlete. Focusing on Technique, Skills and Enjoyment, Bronze Junior Squad also introduces elements of Aerobic and Speed training for our young athletes to learn how to train effectively.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday PM - 4pm to 5pm/5pm to 6pm Wednesday and Friday -6pm to 7pm
Saturday AM-8.30am to 9.30am
Training for fitness or competitions like, club night and area development meets such as METSEA Champs

Learning To Race (Ages 9-13)
3+ Sessions per week (1hr, 30mins)
Junior Silver Squad plays a pivotal role in our program and the development of our young athletes. Continuing to focus on the fundamentals in Technique, Skills and enjoyment, Junior Silver ramps up their work in Aerobic and Speed training. These young athletes begin to learn how to put their races together especially around the 100m and 200m events
Monday to Friday PM - 4pm to 5.30pm
Tuesday, Thursday AM - 5.30am to 7am and Saturday AM - 6am -7.30am
Training for fitness and for competitions such as area meets like METSEA Champs as well as Junior representative meets like NSW Junior State Championships

SENIOR SILVER SQUAD

3+ Sessions per week (1hr, 30mins)
Silver Squad plays a pivotal role in our program and the development of our young athletes. Continuing to focus on the fundamentals in Technique, Skills and enjoyment, Senior Silver ramps up their work in Aerobic and Speed training. These young athletes begin to learn how to put their races together especially around the 100m and 200m events

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday AM - 5.30am to 7am
Training for fitness and for competitions such as area meets like METSEA Champs as well as Senior representative meets like NSW Senior Metro and State Championships

GOLD SQUAD
Training To Race (Ages 12+)
Sessions to be discussed with Coach (2hrs)
Gold Squad is the highest level within our program and is reserved for those swimmers who are dedicated and motivated on achieving their goals. This squad focuses on training three specific areas including, Aerobic, Anaerobic and Speed. Gold squad becomes a lot more specific to what training each athlete needs to continue to develop to the elite level of competition, from 50m events to 10km Open Water.
Monday to Friday AM - 5am to 7am Saturday AM - 5.30am to 7.30am
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday PM - 5pm to 7pm (Wednesday PM and Saturday AM is Gym/Friday PM is OFF)
Training for Championship competitions like NSW State Championships and Australian Age Championships.
